in 2025, sephora set out to make its quarterly private sale feel truly personal. Rather than just offering discounts, loyal members were celebrated in THEIR OWN UNIQUE WAY.
Using smart data, we created playful digital personas based on every shopper’s history DURING THE SALE, turning every behavior into a reason to celebrate.

We developed a visual and motion identity playing on the signature brand stripes and accent colours, diving into each members' shopping bags to unbox their shopping habits.
the visual language was extended into a modular system where our UI sits on.

Those personas became fun, social-ready moments members could share online.
The activation engaged over 100,000 active users worldwide, generating thousands of organic shares across social platforms.
Beyond the numbers, it turned a sale into a shared celebration, strengthening the sense of community and connection among Sephora members globally.
